Through this we had the confidence to go ahead, knowing that from the beginning, we could discuss any problems or explain any of our requirements to our contact in England and know that they would be immediately passed on to a first class team in Bulgaria.
The friendliness and personal service of the staff remained constant. It is not like employing a company, but rather like working together with friends.
As the build progressed we received photographs showing each stage, and at any time we were welcome to come and see for ourselves. During the build we made several changes to our original plans and these presented no problems to our builder or support team. When we arrived to inspect our finished project it could not have been better. A first class job!
It is only due to such a good level of communication; both by phone and the Internet, with both the English and the Bulgarian contacts, that our project progressed smoothly and was finished exactly to our requirements. In some cases the service across the board was above our expectations.
