Ivan’s advise on the best materials to use was invaluable, for e.g. external paths and patio area sandstone was recommended over tiles or concrete. Both myself and my wife were extremely impressed at the standard of work and equally the high standard of the materials used. We found Ivan to be a genuine, hard working, reliable; professional who took pride in his work. We were able to discuss any small queries we had with him and found he was only to happy to sort them out. I have been in the building and construction trade for over 27 years and it takes a lot to impress me.
I run a shopfitting company and employ over 30 staff and I feel the best reference I could give for Ivan, and the standard of his work, is if he lived in England I would be more than happy to employ him as I know he would be a valuable asset to any company.
On completion of the renovation Ivan met us at our home in Bulgaria, showed us how everything worked, helped sort a local gardener, and alarm system. More importantly whilst we were staying there this summer we had a small problem, we contacted Ivan about this and he was at our property within a hour to sort it out. What a star, you would struggle to get that level of service in England.
The whole process was made easier because we were able to contact Craig at any time if we had a query or if we wanted additional work to be done. Craig was always very helpful and made the whole project relatively stress free.
We intend to have more work carried out this year and look forward to seeing the finished result.
